We are funded by the community and it is because of the community that we were able to hire
Attorney Steven Jeffrey to help us in our fight to protect our residents, wildlife, and clean water.

Who Are We?
We are a group of community members focused
on protecting our way of life. Our founding
members are all county residents but our goals
don’t stop there. Everyone deserves protection
for their way of life whether you live in the
county, city, no matter what kind of home you
have. We formed as a result of the data center
and the lack of transparency as well as failures
to follow code encased with that continuing
project. Part of protecting anyones way of life is
making sure our local government acts Ethically
and with Integrity, with Transparency and most
importantly Honesty.
Our LLC was formed after it became apparent
that legal action was going to have to be the next
step. We welcome you to join us in our efforts.
Our goals are clearly stated here. We welcome
those that have different goals, and or opinions.

Attorney Steven Jeffery has
been hired by multiple groups
in multiple counties including
Warren, Montgomery County,
and Franklin County.
I am sure you have heart of
Pacific Root Coalition. They
showed up and spoke against
the data center they are facing.
“I think we feel that it was
a very positive meeting,”
said Steve Jeffery, an
attorney representing the
Pacific Root Coalition.

1,000 concerned people
filling the gym… and the
meeting lasted until a little
